1. Cancellation Policy
This section outlines
the rules and procedure for cancelling an order placed on the Bison website.
A. Customer Initiated Cancellation
Customers can request
an order cancellation under the following conditions:
1.
Before Shipment:
• An order can be
cancelled completely free of charge
any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
• To cancel, please
immediately contact us via email at bisonproducts.in@gmail.com
or call us at +91- 9363668521,
providing your Order Number.
• If the cancellation
request is received and processed successfully before shipment, a full refund
will be initiated immediately.

After Shipment (Order in Transit):
• Once an order has
been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
• In this case, the
order will be delivered, and the customer must follow the Return and Exchange Policy (as detailed on our
website) to return the product after delivery, if they still wish to not keep
the item. Standard return fees may apply.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused upon delivery:
Bison reserves the right to suspend COD privileges for future orders from the
customer’s account.

Custom/Personalized Orders:
• Orders for custom,
made-to-order, or personalized products can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided
work on the customization has not yet begun. After this period, no
cancellations will be accepted.
B. Cancellation by Bison
Bison reserves the
right to cancel an order in the event of:

Product Unavailability/Out of Stock: If the product ordered
is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued.
•
Pricing Error: If a technical error results in a
product being sold at an incorrect price.
•
Failure of COD Verification: If a Cash on Delivery
order cannot be verified through the contact information provided (+91-
9363668521).
•
Shipping Address Issues: If the provided shipping address
is incomplete, invalid, or deemed unserviceable by our logistics partners.
In the event of a
cancellation by Bison, a full refund will be processed immediately to the
customer.

A. Conditions for Refund
Eligibility
A full refund is
provided under the following circumstances:
• The
customer-initiated cancellation is successful (i.e., the request was received
and processed before shipment).
• The order was
cancelled by Bison for any reason listed in Section 1B.
• The product received
was damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue was reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The customer has
successfully returned a product in accordance with our Exchange and Return Policy, and a refund (rather than an exchange
or store credit) was approved.
B. Refund Timelines and Method

product damage or wrong item shipment).
•
COD Refunds: For orders originally paid via Cash on
Delivery, refunds will be issued as either Store
Credit or via an NEFT/Bank Transfer
to the customer's provided bank account details.
