A. Processing Time

1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.

2. Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier partner's name and a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

 

B. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates (Domestic - India)

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery across India.

Service Type: Delivery Time (After Shipment) - Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - Varies by weight and location, calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days - Available for select pin codes, calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Factors like unforeseen weather delays, courier partner issues, and public holidays may occasionally affect delivery times.

 

C. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order is cancelled before shipment or a mistake was made by Bison). Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specific value, as advertised on the Site.

 

D. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD services are available for select locations and product values. If COD is not available for your pin code, the option will not appear at checkout.

 

E. Delivery Issues

Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will reship the order or offer a full refund, as per your preference.

Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

 

2. Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bison. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for an exchange or return under the following conditions.

 

A. Eligibility

Timeframe: You must initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Items purchased during certain special promotions where returns/exchanges are specifically excluded.

 

B. Exchange Procedure

We primarily offer Exchange for a different size or a different product of the same or higher value (with payment for the difference).

• Request: To request an exchange, please email us at bisonproducts.in@gmail.com or call us at +91- 9363668521 with your Order Number and the reason for the exchange.

• Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup of the item from your delivery address. This usually takes 2-4 business days.

• Inspection & Dispatch: Once the item is received and passes our quality check, the requested exchange item will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or a refund.

 

C. Refund Procedure (Returns)

If an exchange is not possible or if the product is defective/damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a refund.

• Damaged/Defective Goods: If the product you received is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately upon inspection.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, though the time it takes to reflect in your account is dependent on your bank or payment provider.

 

D. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges

• Bison Fault (Damage, Defective, Wrong Item Sent): We cover all return and re-shipping costs.

• Customer Fault (Size/Fit Issue, Change of Mind): The cost of the reverse pickup for the return/exchange is typically borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund or charged upfront.

Common Practice: A nominal fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit to cover the reverse logistics cost.
